Company Launch
I'm pleased to announce the launch of the Company. The four divisions are beginning from scratch but have huge potential! The company will start by generating a 400,000 hour video library for machine learning for autonomous semi trucks. Partnering with current self driving truck companies and the American truck manufacturers our mission is to assist and accelerate autonomous shipments. With 2000 driver profiles providing unique documentation of their driving shift a viable Vision Language model can be created that surpasses the traditional self driving AI. Our library is unique because it is built by a trucker for engineers. This division is called Vector Haul AI.
Investor event
Our company will raise $100,000,000 in capital by the end of the year. 100 S-corporation memberships will be offered to accredited investors on May1st, 2026. With a 50% return projected over 5 years and additional profit sharing it is a lucrative investment opportunity. On April 15th 5 memberships will be offered for the launch of the AI project. Home building division launch!
The company has selected Artemis Advisers for the feasibility study and due diligence process for high end million dollar home construction projects in Florida and Texas as well as the establishment of 4 logistics terminals for the transportation division. This division is named MK Homes in honor of the best project manager I ever worked for.
Transportation Division launch!
The company will purchase 80 tractors and trailers over the next 2 years. Modeling operations of several companies I have worked for an all star team will manage a team of veterans and recruit former Ranger, Special Forces, Seals, and Marines that become the core of the company staff. The "Vector Haul Transport" focus will be on establishing direct relationships with Companies (shippers) in the Midwest and Southeast to form dedicated shipment partnerships. High value shipments and secured transport provides value to all parties involved. The plan is to have a terminal in Lake Eufaula, O, Lake City, Florida, near Houston, Texas, and sioux Falls, SD. AI Division launch!
Vector Haul AI and the company will partner with 2,000 drivers to generate the video library. Selecting a mix of drivers from various trucking types and locations that describe their actions, thoughts, and predictions provides the customers the ability to include forecasting and psychology into their models. Government contracts launch!
The Lake Eufala Oklahoma terminal will be the off site training for the SOC community. Providing week long training events with a variety of scenarios and conditions enhances capabilities through sole source contracting. Recruitment of experts and partnering with King Consulting Services provides the management and compliance of contracts. Drawing from a pool of well rounded individuals every contract is completed ahead of schedule and exceeds expectations.
